Some decent sleep later....I'm back.
Some totally random stuff today. I'm being amused by the sound of the Golden Retriever pup upstairs above the store. One of his people is home today, I guess-sounds like they're throwing a ball for him. "Thud! Bounce, bounce. GALLUMPH, GALLUMPH, scramble, trot, trot, trot." Pause. Repeat. Sounds like he's having fun.
I'm listening to Moxy Fruvous (there should be those little dots over the first "u"), a rather strange little Canadian band from the 1990's. Love them. Melodic humourous stuff. Sometimes serious and sweet instead. Or seriously melodically sarcastic. It's all good. Their Gulf War Song remains relevant. And King of Spain rocks. I'd provide a link to audio, but I can't find any. Could be because they broke up in 2002.
In the early 90's, I thought Moxy Fruvous would stick around and The Barenaked Ladies would be amusing for a bit and then fade. LOL! Called that one backwards, now didn't I?
Anyhow, I enjoy listening to both bands even if it makes me feel a bit old sometimes.

I couldn't find an audio link for The Gulf War song, but I didn't search all that long. *blushes* Seeing all those 1992 and 1993 dates on stuff started making me feel old.
The thudding from upstairs would seriously drive me bananas, it's one of my pet peeves. Ghah! Now I'm all stressed out! Gimme a cookie? LOL!

td-nah, I don't mind the dog running around, it's the thunderfoot owner that drives me mental. And the music that I can hear bouncing in from outside through the plate glass windows.
rs-you think it got overplayed in the States? Imagine what it's like here, where the goverment mandates the amount of Canadian content in media!
