Oh, yeah-Election Day!

It's provincial elections today. I'll have to go home and pick up my voter's card after work-then go and vote. Hopefully I'll have made a final decision before I get there. ;)

No, I know who I'll vote for. I'd just feel better about it if I thought they might win. Although, the NDP pulled a surprise victory in Ontario about 18 years ago. I still think that lots of people decided to vote NDP as a protest, never dreaming they would win. Oops! Better be sure you can live with it before you vote!

Aww, you tagged me! Thank you so much! I will be returning the favor shortly.

Now I wonder, how do you like running a used bookstore? Honestly, if I could start any business it would be running a used bookstore/coffee shop, where locals and college kids alike could come in and chill for a while. Kudos to you!

Daszzle, it's something I've always wanted to do, so I love it! The store is too small to have a coffee counter, too, but I would so add one if I could. I have a core group of regular customers that come in and I get to chat about books all day long, help people discover new authors...it's great.

Prin, I hope we win, too, but I think Ontario is looking at another 5 years of Liberals.

Elections promise a time of change, and then you get the same crew back in. Blech! 5 more years of Dalton McFibberpants and his Lie-berals.

At least it's not the Conservatives, though. The public school system can't afford to lose 500 million in funding.

Aww, that sounds lovely (the talking about books all day part).

P.S. the chocolate has given me a tummy ache and I'm still not quite ready to stop... ooh self control... where have you gone?

Chocolate is far too strong for self control, especially when it surrounds you!
