Well, I've been home for awhile but the sentiment remains the same.
Still MORE books came in after my last post. Sheesh! Tomorrow, I'll be in the same place as I was earlier today. Actually, first I have to redo my display windows since they're still summery. Time to break out the bushels of apples and the scarecrows.
If the weather co operates on Sunday I'm going to take my camera on a walking tour of downtown and see if I can get some fall pictures. If any turn out, I'll get them enlarged and use them in the store windows I think. I'll try and get something eye-catching.
*grin* The girls are watching The Exorcist. They're alternating between being bored and being serious disturbed. Unfortunately, I forgot about some of the language and the scene with Regan and the crucifix. Ooops! Too used to seeing it on TV, with all of that removed. Hopefully I don't get any calls from parents. Could be I'm a bad influence after all!

Ahh, I bet when your girly leaves the house she curses like a sailor anyway. :D
But yeah, parents like having somebody to blame. :D
Blame Prin. She's an easy target.
Yeah, she's slipped up a few times, lol! I know what she sounds like when she's with friends, but the rule is, not in front of the parents.
And we watch our language in front of her. Seems fair.
Blame Prin? No way! Blame TV-it's an even easier target! :D
I remember the first time they said "ass" on tv without censoring it. It was a big deal. :D
Now it's everywhere.
I remember the first time I heard the word bastard on TV. I was shocked-but I was also about 10. :) To date myself, I was watching a new episode of Simon and Simon. :D
