Help! I'm slowing being buried under a pile of books!

Did I get your attention? :D It's kind of an occupational hazard. The last few days have been trade heavy, so my counter is piled high with books awaiting pricing and shelving. And there have been three calls so far today about trades, too. Seems lots of people are doing some fall cleaning and reorganizing.

Trouble is, I just don't feel like pricing books. It's tedious but requires a certain amount of attention to detail-just the wrong combination of mental processes for a head cold. What I want to do is go home and curl up on the couch with tea and old movies. Or gameshows. What I will do is plug away at Mount Bookmore and have a meeting with the tax guy later. Woo hoo!

It's horror movie night part deux at home tonight-my daughter's friends are coming to watch the movies they didn't get to last weekend. Heh; that means the dogs will be exhausted later on! Not only do they love the attention, but it wears them out. Maybe not as much as the visit from Jemma and Boo did, but tomorrow they'll be more than happy to crash with Dad as I steal the kid to help out in the shop.

Speaking of my babies, they were glued to me on the couch last night and this morning. My boy knows when I'm sick and he becomes super velcro boy. I love it! He's big and sturdy enough that if I lay on my side, he curls up and puts his head on my knee and then lets me use his back as a pillow. It's very comforting. My girl is always super velcro-y. Big sucky dogs!

So that's my rambling for now. Back to the books before they take over completely.

I haven't called him back yet. *blushes* We're still not hugely flush with cash so I can't buy his books, if he still has any left. I found his number today at the store and thought about giving him a call-and then the 60 book lady came in, lol!
